Barbecue

Barbecue is a cherished Little Rock tradition. Right in the middle of the "barbecue belt," Arkansas is known for its variety of sauces. Our famous Barbecue Festivals attract visitors from all over the nation. Families who have been around Little Rock a half century or so are sure to have their own "secret" family recipe. In Little Rock we like barbecue hot, tangy, sweet, and a dozen other ways, but one thing is for sure-- no church, political, or football gathering is complete without it.
