5 of Little Rock’s Best Brunch Spots
It’s no secret that Little Rock is a foodie paradise, but what might be a little less well known is that Little Rock really rocks brunch. From southern staples to whimsical culinary creations, Little Rock’s best brunch spots offer something for everyone.
The Root Café
You won’t find a more local-focused restaurant than the Root Café. 77% of their food is locally sourced, which places them in the top half of 1% of farm-to-table restaurants in the entire country. A favorite spot for brunch, their menu showcases the best southern classics with a modern twist. Locals love their take on fried chicken, and their burger is second to none. Don’t worry if there’s a line out the door; it’s always worth the wait.
The Fold
This Riverdale staple is where Little Rock goes to unwind with a plate of tacos and some of the best margaritas in town. So, it would only make sense that it’s home to one of the city’s best brunches. Whether you’re feeling the huevos rancheros, the migas, or the chilaquiles, you’ll leave happy…especially when you leave with one of their to-go margarita kits in your hands!
Copper Grill
Located in the heart of downtown, Copper Grill is perfect for foodies and craft cocktail lovers who are looking for a place to host a business meal, relax after work, or, of course, brunch. Their menu’s staples include crab cakes benedict and a signature chicken and waffles, though we’re always partial to the shrimp and grits. And trust us, no visit is complete without a side order of their millionaire’s bacon.
@ The Corner
@ The Corner might just be the Little Rock brunch spot. Their always inventive menu blends classics like buttermilk pancakes and biscuits & gravy with creative fare such as coconut cream pie, French toast, and the must-try Arkansas tomato pie. This is another spot where the line might stretch out the door (and even around the block!), but it moves quickly, and the food is always worth it.
Hillcrest Little Bakery
Nestled on the edge of the quaint Hillcrest neighborhood, Hillcrest Little Bakery serves up some of the best biscuits in town. With a mix of homemade recipes and ideas from years of traveling around the U.S., they’ve created a menu that will please every member of the family. From their freshly brewed coffee to the made from scratch biscuits and cheesecakes, don’t be surprised if you find yourself returning again and again.
