Check Out the Fall Foliage at Little Rock’s Wineries
Each November Little Rock is ablaze in color as the cooling temperatures bring vivid oranges, reds and yellows to the city’s forests. This year is proving to be one of the finest in recent years. There are plenty of great places to peep the leaves, but Little Rock’s wineries are undoubtedly the best!
An Enchanting Evening Winery
It’s hard to get more romantic than An Enchanting Evening’s Ouachita Mountain winery – maybe that’s why so many people choose it as a wedding venue! The winery’s tasting room is located in a yurt overlooking Lake Maumelle and Pinnacle Mountain and inside you can taste of the winery’s nine wines. For those looking for an extended stay among the changing leaves, the winery also has a luxury cabin on site with sweeping mountain views from its private outdoor hot tub. Start planning your visit today.
River Bottom Winery at BoBrook Farms
BoBrook Farms has been family-owned and operated since 1994 and is located just west of Pinnacle Mountain. As a fully working farm, their crops include blueberries, blackberries, muscadines, and pumpkins. At River Bottom Winery, the farm’s onsite fermentation station, they specialize in wines made from fruit grown right on the farm as well as traditional grape wines. The winery’s patio is the perfect spot to unwind and, on occasion, even features live music and other special events. Give them a call to find out which wines are waiting for you.
Rusty Tractor Vineyards
Located in southwest Little Rock, Rust Tractor Vineyards is the city’s newest winery. Its chic tasting room overlooks acres of sprawling vineyards and the babbling McHenry Creek, all surrounded by a dazzling view of changing fall leaves. Their wines are grown, made and bottled all onsite, making it a constant hub of activity. Tastings here are by appointment only, so be sure to call ahead.
