Faulkner Lake Loop
IMPORTANT: Due to construction the beginning of this trail has been temporarily moved to 400 President Clinton Avenue.
This loop offers riders a taste of the Arkansas delta as it circles Faulkner Lake. Once a part of the primary Arkansas River channel, the oxbow lake was formed as erosion changed the river’s course over hundreds of years. Make time to explore two nearby Arkansas State Parks: Plum Bayou Mounds Archeological State Park featuring the largest Native American burial mound complex in the state, and the Plantation Agriculture Museum highlighting Arkansas’s rich farming history.
