Secretary Crip Hall, along with the support of a staff electrician, rigged strips of lights on sheet metal, adorning the cupola, and illuminated a sprayed silver fir tree with rotating lights. From these humble beginnings, the tradition has evolved over the years, captivating the hearts of generations and uniting our community in the true spirit of the holidays.
