Hillcrest

West of downtown along Markham Street is known as the Hillcrest Historic District established in the late 19th century as the first suburb in Little Rock. It features beautiful turn-of-the-century homes and cottages, wonderful restaurants, and local shopping.

In addition, Hillcrest touches the beautiful Allsopp Park, which offers a nice break for a nature walk. Each year, Hillcrest hosts HarvestFest, an outdoor celebration with live music, local flavors, and family fun.
