Finding a parking spot in downtown Little Rock may seem like a challenge, but there are plenty of spaces so there’s no need to worry. Be sure to plan your trip ahead of time! Whether you are a visitor or a resident, Little Rock has plenty of convenient and safe parking facilities to meet your needs.
The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau operates multiple parking decks and surface lots conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near popular destinations such as the River Market District, the Arkansas State Capitol, and the Statehouse Convention Center. With plenty of spaces available, you can easily find a spot that is close to your destination.
Robinson Center Parking Garage
Located at Markham & Spring Streets: 550-space underground public parking garage at Robinson Center provides guests well-lighted, weather-protected parking.
Convention District Parking Deck
Located at 2nd & Main Streets: 650-space public parking deck located only one block south of the Statehouse Convention Center.
River Market Parking Deck
Located at River Market Avenue & 2nd Street: 600-space parking deck in the heart of the River Market District.
Surface Parking Lot
A 50-space surface parking lot located across from the Statehouse Convention Center on the corner of Markham and Scott Streets.
There is also a public parking deck operated by the Downtown Little Rock Partnership located at 6th & Scott Streets, as well as multiple surface parking lots and on-street parking available on most streets in the downtown area.
On-Street Parking
In addition to parking facilities, downtown Little Rock is equipped with mobile payment options so you can pay for your parking from the convenience of your phone. Using the ParkMobile App, visitors and locals alike can easily pay for on-street parking.
When parking, users can simply enter the zone/space number found on nearby signage, set the duration of their parking session, and press the "Start Parking" button to begin.
