Why Little Rock

Little Rock’s Statehouse Convention Center is home to more than 220,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space featuring on-site audiovisual, security and telecommunications professionals and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The pre-function space of the 18,000-square foot ballroom offers majestic views of the Arkansas River. The historic 1939 Robinson Center serves as Little Rock’s premier performing arts facility and recently underwent a $70 million renovation. The facility includes a multipurpose performance hall featuring 2,222 seats and a contemporary 25,000-square foot conference center. The center’s four flexible meeting rooms also offer access to a 5,000-square foot outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the Arkansas River.

As a LEED Gold-certified venue, the building is also one of the few in the country to be both LEED certified and designated on the National Register of Historic Places list. Robinson Center is attached to the DoubleTree by Hilton Little Rock, with 288 guest rooms. Combined, the two properties provide close to 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

If you’re interested in presidential history, the William J. Clinton Presidential Center is located within Riverfront Park and features a variety of cultural and educational programming throughout the year. The library’s permanent collection takes a look at the work of the 42nd President of the United States — Bill Clinton — including timelines and exhibits for each of his presidencies, an exact replica of the Oval Office, the presidential limousine and more.

The center is a LEED Platinum-certified venue, has earned two Green Globes from the Green Building Initiative and features 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, making it a unique destination for special events and conventions.

If your attendees are nature enthusiasts, they can explore the waterways and paths along the Arkansas River Trail. From kayaking to Segway tours to going for a stroll along the Big Dam Bridge — North America’s longest pedestrian and bicycle bridge — exercise and refreshing views are steps away from the downtown area.

At Riverfront Park, attendees can enjoy a relaxing break at the park’s sculpture garden, and when night falls, they can take in the sights of the city’s three LED-illuminated downtown bridges for a light show. With 33 acres of urban parkland, the park also features the Peabody Splash Park for children and is home to First Security Amphitheater, Little Rock’s outdoor concert venue.
